​The National Association of Women in Construction was originally created to be a support network for women working in the industry and has grown to become that and so much more.  

Today we have over 4,000 members and more than 120 chapters nationwide.  We offer industry speakers, mentoring opportunities, professional certification programs, leadership development, and community outreach programs.

Our members are executives, business owners/managers, quality control managers, project managers and engineers, bookkeepers, and plant operators all employed in the electrical, asphalt, general contracting, and engineering fields.
